1. Agreement to Terms

By using the CREEDA platform ("CREEDA"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. CREEDA is operated by Creeda Performance, a sole proprietorship based in Mumbai, India.

2. Description of Service

CREEDA is an advanced performance intelligence and decision-support platform. It utilizes a proprietary Intelligence Engine to process wellness, recovery, and physiology data. All insights, scores, and risk outlooks provided by CREEDA are advisory and for informational purposes only.

3. Non-Medical Nature of Service

CREEDA is not a medical diagnostic tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Coaches remain the ultimate decision-makers regarding athlete training load and participation. You should always seek the advice of a qualified health professional for medical concerns.

4. Squad Connectivity & Locker Codes

By connecting with a coach via a Locker Code or Join Code, athletes explicitly consent to their performance data, wellness logs, and physiology profiles being visible to that coach. Athletes are responsible for the accuracy and honesty of their data inputs. Coaches are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary permissions to add athletes to their squads.

5. Data Retention & Disconnection

Athletes may disconnect from a squad at any time to terminate future data sharing. Upon disconnection, the coach retains access to historical performance data submitted during the active connection period. This is necessary to maintain the integrity of squad-level trend analytics and historical performance records.

6. Platform Access & Refunds

CREEDA currently provides the core platform without subscription tiers. If any paid services, add-ons, or billing features are introduced later, the applicable pricing and refund terms will be shown at checkout and governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Minor Athletes

Users under 18 years of age must have consent from a parent, guardian, or authorized sports organization to use CREEDA. Coaches and organizations adding minors to squads represent that they have obtained such consent.

8. Jurisdiction & Governinig Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
